Completed for WORDSEARCH. Peninsula Crossing is a newly proposed development envisioned to be a vibrant destination for the community and a sustainable workplace on Burlingame’s Bayfront in South San Francisco. Sitting on 12 acres of underutilized waterfront along the Bay area, the project aims to reimagine the site as a dynamic life sciences campus and thriving public realm that offers local retail, ample outdoor gathering areas, a restored creek and wetland, and new pedestrian and bicycle infrastructure, including a missing piece of the Bay Trail that, once completed, will help connect adjacent communities along the Bay frontage for the first time. We created a cohesive branding solution to then be implemented across all platforms, including the newly launched website. Peninsula Crossing offers an exceptional opportunity to not only occupy outstanding Bayfront space but also benefit from a newly landscaped waterfront park and trail, offering tenants a distinct advantage through proximity to and support of the nature that surrounds it, helping to nurture the community that supports it and the people who work there.
