Completed at WORDSEARCH. Flatiron House—a limited collection of airy and bright residences in the heart of the city. Moments away from Madison Square Park and The Flatiron Building, Flatiron House is a limited collection of graciously scaled residences by celebrated design firm COOKFOX Architects. Drawing upon principles of biophilic and sustainable design, Flatiron House’s limestone and terracotta façade is gracefully accented with custom-designed bronze railings and cascading foliage. An array of amenities, surrounding a lush garden, offer serene spaces for gathering, recreation, and relaxation. We developed a bespoke pattern based on the architecture's inspiration for nature and biophilic design. This high-end aesthetic was implemented into every aspect of the designs creating a stunning beautiful brand. The sanctuary away from it all in the heart of New York City.
