Completed at WORDSEARCH. 325 Hudson is a 10-story, 220,000 SF flexible and tech-ready mixed-use building offering new office and life science space, a state-of-the-art data center, reimagined lobby, and experiential amenities. It’s a building designed to address the complex and varied needs of today’s life science and office tenants, with access to one of New York’s key data centers within the building. We were able to create a unique ownable campaign that celebrated 325 Hudson’s connection to the innovation corridor in Hudson Square, to sit alongside its corporate neighbors. 325 Hudson comes together to be an everchanging dynamic brand that questions and propels the new future of office today.
