J5 Midtown Atlanta is a collection of contemporary homes designed to celebrate unique style of future buyers with neutral interiors, lots of natural light and high ceilings. Our brand reflected those individual features and uniqueness of each home owner by introducing changing logo elements combining multiple fonts in a playful and dynamic manner. One of the challenges of the project was to change the perspective of it being uncool and unpopular after the first round of interior design that has failed. The fresh colors of the brand, lots of breathing space, animations and photography representing lush greenery, natural light and diverse audience. Wordsearch has created website, digital brochure, floor plans, advertising campaign for J5. Currently 40% of the condos have been sold.
